Minimum Equipment Rental Policy & Reservation, Deposit & Delivery Policy

We do not service, parks, apartment complex or condominiums
All equipment on premises are responsibility of lessee
For online orders, they have to be submitted at least 5-7 business days prior to event.
Event Date and time to be submitted at checkout as well as any instructions
We need the following information on online orders.
When you enter your online order, you will enter event date & event time on checkout. We will review and contact you with confirmation details and delivery / pick up window.

  • Set up in the backyard or Front yard? Is front yard gated?

  • Surface set up (Grass, artificial grass, cement, dirt or other?

  • For white bounce house we do not rent on dirt, only grass, artificial grass, cement or floor.

  • Do you have dogs?

  • Do you live gated in community, if so what is the gate code to enter?

  • Do you live in a hill or difficult area for a big truck trailer to access?

  • What time is your event?

  • If gated, what delivery window would you prefer? Prior day, Morning between 7am-12noon or between 1-6pm?

  • For front yard, not gated, we can delivery event day between 7am-12noon. If is an early event, please advise to shorten window time.

  • If you like to receive a call when driver on his way, to do your delivery/pick up.

  • Payment is required to reserve rental items.

  • A California Drivers License and security deposit is required.

  • All charges are for the time the equipment is out, whether its used or not. Select items carefully.

  • Inquire in regards to a cancellation policy.

  • No refunds on rental items store credit only for cancellations or changes once order is paid/confirmed.

  • No refunds or exchanges on purchased items.

  • No Refunds on rentals, only credit on future orders.

  • There is a $50 + Depending on location, and is under discretion of our Customer Service, plus a delivery service charge.

  • ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE RETURNED CLEAN OR AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE.

we service Riverside and surrounding cities. Equipment rental minimum amount is determine by Customer Service upon information provided by Client. Delivery fee is currently calculated by zip code in the website as there is not option to do it per mile on online orders, however effective Tuesday, January 4,2022, we will charge $1.45 per mile roundtrip from our location 92503

All deliveries are done within a window. For orders delivered on gated location or backyard. We can deliver day prior day between 7am-12noon or between 1pm-6pm. For front yard, our delivery window is same day and is between 7am12noon, pick up time latest for any day Monday through Saturday 9pm. Sunday is latest pick up 8pm.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Effective 01/04/2022 All orders need to be reviewed and confirmation sent to client indicating items rented, date of event and delivery/pick up window. If you don't receive an email with electronic invoice or manual invoice, and your order doesn't have a deposit, your order is not confirmed.

 Specific time requests
Any order that needs order delivered /picked up at an specific time incurs a fee of $100 as we have to work your request around other orders and may have to pay staff OT.

Delivery /Pick up Instructions

  • Deliveries and pick-ups are to the nearest place our delivery vehicle can reach.

  • All deliveries are to be drop off at clients residence or if is a commercial location 

  • Any special delivery/pick-up requirements must be specified at the time of arrangements.

  • Special requirements, set-up, or take-down are also available at an additional charge.


Pricing Information
Rentals are priced for 8 hours and up to a 24 hour rental period (Not including delivery day and pickup day) If renting an inflatable, mechanical bull or a canopy). Any other items that can be stored, can be delivered day prior to event and picked up next day. If renting an inflatable, mechanical bull or Canopy, if not in gated area in a family residence, the delivery will need to be done same day within window of 7am-12noon, unless event is early. Latest Pick up is 9pm. 

Rentals are priced for 8 hours and up to a 24 hour rental period if pick up is for next dasy(Not including delivery day and pickup day). Each additional day is 50% off excluding taxable supplies.

Pricing on misquotes will not be honored.
Promo codes, special pricing, promotions and/or package deals can not be combined.

Payments
NO orders are reserved until deposit is paid. 
All balances will be due cash upon delivery or you can pay the balance using your credit card via payment link on your emailed invoice.
We accept All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express& Discover) We also accept bank debit cards. There is a fee of $2 per transaction.
We do NOT accept personal checks (Some exceptions for government organizations and companies).


Deposits are non refundable

Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be forfeited for any canceled orders. Any additional payments will be held for 356 days as store credit towards any future orders.
If a large portion of a order is altered it will be considered a canceled order.
All linens will be subject to a 100% restocking fee if canceled within 7 days prior to your event.
Other rentals canceled within 300 days of your event will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Orders canceled within 1 day of your event will be subject to a 100% restocking fee.

Delivery and Pick-Ups
All rentals are delivery only. Delivery fees may apply. Rentals are typically delivered the day before and pick up the day after your event. (Delivery dates and times are subject to availability).

NOTE: DELIVERY SERVICE HOURS WILL BE EXTENDED IN OUR BUSY SEASON. Our team will inform you if any changes have been made to our delivery and pickup windows.

No one has to be home for the rentals to be picked up as long as our staff has access to the rentals (Side gate or rentals left on porch).

An additional fee will apply for time sensitive deliveries and after hours pickups. Time sensitive deliveries after hours pickups and are subject to availability.
Last minute orders may be subject to a rush order fee.

Before delivery information Policy
Before the Esparza Rentals team arrives to your event space please be sure of the following.
There is a wide clear path to your desired drop off location.
Set up space for Canopies must be clear of any objects and overhanging power lines/tree branches before delivery staff arrives for setup.
Sprinkler systems must be turned OFF if Dance floor, inflatable or canopy is placed on grass
Cash payment is due upon delivery. please have the exact amount due, as delivery staff may not have change. Checks are not accepted.
Please contact our office if there are any steps or stairs to get to your setup location. Additional fees may apply.

If delivery location is far from delivery truck, or is street is narrow as we use long enclosed trailers to delivery our rentals,please provide this information upon placing order to see if this would be an issue for delivery.

Before Pickup information Policy
ALL Tables and chairs must be stacked and folded in the same place as delivered. Teardown fees will automatically be charged for any tables and chairs still setup upon arrival for pickup. Charges will be as followed.

Chair Teardown Service $.50
Picking up trash off tables $Price varies


All linens must be clear of any debris and left over food and placed in a pile. DO NOT place wet linen in bags as they can form mildew and you will be billed for damages.

All dinnerware and concessions must be rinsed out and free of any stuck on food or debris. All dinnerware is subject to a $.25 cleaning fee per item if not rinsed out prior to pickup.

All decorations must be taken off Canopies and Tents before arrival for pickup.

Weather
In the event of extreme weather (Heavy rain, high wind, etc.,) customer and Esparza Rentals have the right to cancel your order (Linen orders excluded). If rentals are left during bad weather lessee is liable for any damaged that may accrue to rental equipment, personal property, or injuries to customer or customers guest. Each additional day is 50% off.
