Terms and Condition

Booking and Reservation:

- To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required.

- Reservation dates and times are subject to availability.

- Full payment must be received before the rental equipment is set up.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, at the discretion of Esparza Rentals.

 

Rental Period: 

- The standard rental period is up to 8 hours. Additional charges may apply for extended hours.

- Equipment must be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time to avoid additional fees.

 

Equipment Use: 

- The renter is responsible for the proper use of the equipment and will follow all safety guidelines provided.

- Esparza Rentals reserves the right to refuse service or remove equipment if it is being used improperly or in an unsafe manner.

 

Safety and Liability:

- The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all participants using the rental equipment.

- Esparza Rentals is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the rental period.

Site Requirements:

- The renter is responsible for providing a suitable and safe location for the setup of the rental equipment.

- Adequate power sources must be available for inflatable bounce houses and other electronic equipment.

Weather Policy:

- In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain), Esparza Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental.

- No refunds will be provided if the renter decides to cancel due to inclement weather once the equipment has been delivered.

Damages and Cleaning:

- Esparza Rentals will deliver and set up the equipment at the agreed-upon location.

- The rental equipment must be accessible for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

Additional Fees:

- Additional fees may apply for delivery outside the standard service area.

- Late fees may be charged for equipment not ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

 

Terms Modification:

- Esparza Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.

 

By booking with Esparza Rentals, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Esparza Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
