General Questions

Please notify Esparza Rentals immediately upon delivery. Reporting issues right away helps prevent confusion and may avoid unnecessary fees.

Esparza Rentals is not responsible for injuries that occur while a unit is present. Adult supervision and adherence to posted safety rules are required.

Units must remain in their original placement unless you have explicit permission from Esparza Rentals.

Some venues, HOAs, or public spaces require permits. Customers are responsible for obtaining these unless otherwise arranged. For more information please contact us in especially in regards to topics like Specific Time Delivery & Pickup.

Esparza Rentals does provide insurance for events such as parks. For more information, please reach out to a representative. 

Power & Propane

  • Most inflatables: extension cords NOT included, can be added for $10.
  • Mechanical bulls: extension cords provided.

Propane is not included (can be added for a fee). Renters may connect propane themselves if desired.

Placement & Site Prep

Flat, level, and dry surfaces are ideal for most items (dance floors, turf, tents, inflatables, yard games). Grass setups should be dry at the time of installation.

Esparza Rentals is not responsible for injuries that occur while a unit is present. Adult supervision and adherence to posted safety rules are required.

Sprinklers must be turned off during the rental of inflatables and mechanical bulls. Water slides require a hose; the customer usually provides it unless arranged otherwise.

 

Yes, any and all objects that may obstruct the process of setting up for our team MUST BE CLEARED. You may be subject to a fee if you do not follow instructions clearly. 

Cleanliness & Returns

Yes. Tables, chairs, props, and other items must be returned clean and free of food, tape, or décor. Dirty returns may incur cleaning fees.

Clean up spills immediately. Spills left on items may result in fees.

Esparza Rentals encourages transparency. That way our team can approach certain situations, and may even result in a waive in potential fees.

 

Item-Specific FAQs

  • Recommended: 1 unit per 50 guests

  • Delivered clean and sanitized; mid-event servicing available for a fee

  • Do not put diapers, wipes, feminine products, or trash inside

  • Continuous blower required

  • No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects

  • Sprinklers OFF; setup area must be dry

  • Luxury units require extra care due to sensitive material

  • Add-ons: extension cords ($10), hand-wash stations, ADA units, propane for heaters
  • Cleaning, damage, or replacement fees are assessed at the discretion of Esparza Rentals
